This section archives historical task lists and completed work items from the ReX project’s development.

Overview

The task archive preserves past task lists, providing a record of completed work and the project’s incremental development. These archives can be useful for tracking progress, understanding past priorities, and referencing implementation decisions.

Archived Task Lists

The following task lists represent snapshots of project work at specific points in time:

Purpose

These archived task lists serve several important purposes:

  1. Progress Tracking: Documenting the incremental progress of the project
  2. Implementation Context: Providing context for when and why specific features were implemented
  3. Effort Visibility: Making visible the work required to implement different features
  4. Decision History: Capturing the prioritization decisions made during development

Task Archival Process

Task lists are archived when:

  1. A significant number of tasks have been completed
  2. A new development phase begins
  3. The task structure needs significant reorganization
  4. A specific date milestone has been reached

The archived lists are preserved in their original form to maintain an accurate historical record.
